摘 要:本文对一种新型纯电动循环球转向系统进行技术研究。该新型纯电动循环球转向系统应用于非独立悬挂类的轻型商用卡车上,当整车处于空载、满载等不同工况,会导致车辆主动跑偏。为解决以上技术弊端,在电动循环球转向系统中设计增加一套方向盘中位角度自学习修正方法,最终解决该纯电动循环球转向器在非独立悬挂类轻卡车上使用存在主动跑偏的问题,从而扩展了其在非独立悬挂类轻卡车市场上的应用前景。This article conducts technical research on a new type of pure electric circulating ball steering sys-tem,the new pure electric circulating ball steering system may have technical drawbacks of active vehicle deviation when applied to non independent suspension light commercial trucks.To compensate for the technical drawbacks mentioned above,a self-learning correction method for steering wheel position angle is designed and added to the electric circulating ball steering system.The ultimate goal is to solve the problem of active deviation in the use of the pure electric circulating ball steering gear on non independent suspension light trucks,this has expanded the application prospects of the pure electric cycle ball steering system in the non-independent suspension light truck market.
