摘　　要：随着大众消费水平不断提高,对车辆质量要求更高的同时,对使用感官感受要求也越来越高。烟灰缸作为车内必备装置,除了要实现熄灭烟头、存放烟灰的基本功能,还要满足使用手感良好、使用方便等主观感受。本文针对独立式烟灰缸盖与烟灰缸本体连接存在的操作力大、连接结构外漏美观性差、连接结构复杂成本高等问题进行分析,并提出应用铰链式连接结构改善以上弊端的策略。With the increasing level of public consumption,the quality of the vehicle requirements at the same time,the use of sensory perception requirements are also increasingly high.Ashtray as a necessary device in the car,in addition to realize the basic function of extinguishing cigarettes and storing ashes,but also to meet the use of a good sense of touch,easy to use and other subjective feelings.This paper analyzes the problems that exist in the connection between the independent ashtray cover and the ashtray body,such as large operating force,poor aesthetics of the connection structure leakage,and high cost of the connection structure complexity,and proposes the strategy of applying the hinged connection structure to improve the above drawbacks.
