摘 要:电机作为新能源汽车的核心部件之一,其性能对整车性能具有重要影响。本文围绕新能源汽车铝合金电机壳的工艺优化展开研究,探讨了工艺优化对新能源汽车性能提升的重要性,分析了当前新能源汽车电机壳制造过程中存在的问题,结合铝合金材料的特性提出了工艺优化的具体方法,通过改进铸造工艺、热处理工艺和表面处理工艺,以提高电机壳的强度、耐腐蚀性与轻量化水平。As one of the core components of new energy vehicles,the performance of the motor has an impor-tant impact on the performance of the vehicle.This paper focuses on the process optimization of aluminum alloy motor shell for new energy vehicles,discusses the importance of process optimization for new energy vehicle performance improvement,analyzes the current problems in the manufacturing process of motor shell for new energy vehicles,and puts forward specific methods of process optimization in combination with the characteristics of aluminum alloy materials.By improving the casting process,heat treatment process and sur-face treatment process,the strength,corrosion resistance and light weight of the motor housing are improved.
