摘 要:液力变矩器(TC)是自动变速机构的关键部件,它通过工作轮叶片的相互作用实现机械能与液体能的转换,传递动力,并具备无级连续改变速度与转矩的能力。这一特性使其对外部载荷有良好的自动调节和适应性能,从而简化了操作。液力变矩器的应用为车辆带来了诸多优势:它使得车辆起步更加平稳,加速过程迅速、均匀且柔和;同时,由于采用液体传递动力,有效降低了尖峰载荷和扭转振动,从而延长了动力传动系统的使用寿命;此外,液力变矩器还提升了乘坐舒适性,提高了车辆的平均行驶速度,增强了安全性和通过性。这些优势共同体现了液力变矩器在自动变速机构中的重要地位和作用。本文探讨了液力变矩器的工作原理、研发与性能试验。Hydraulic torque converter(TC)is the key component of automatic transmission mechanism,it real-izes the conversion of mechanical energy and liquid energy through the interaction of working wheel blades,transfers power,and has the ability of continuously changing speed and torque.This feature allows it to have good automatic adjustment and adaptation to external loads,thus simplifying operation.The application of torque converter brings many advantages to the vehicle.It allows the vehicle to start more smoothly and acceler-ate quickly,evenly and gently.At the same time,due to the use of liquid power transmission,the peak load and torsional vibration are effectively reduced,thus extending the service life of the power transmission system.In addition,the torque converter also improves ride comfort,increases the average travel speed of the vehicle,and enhances safety and passability.These advantages reflect the important position and role of hydraulic torque converter in automatic transmission mechanism.This paper discusses the principle of operation,development and performance testing of the Hydraulic torque converter.
