体验式教学模式在高职汽车专业心理健康教育中的应用

摘  要:由于社会竞争激烈,学生面临的压力也随之增加,心理健康问题成为影响学生健康发展的重要原因。课堂教育是学生接受心理健康教育的主要途径,而传统的心理健康课程存在理论化、任务化倾向,忽视学生的心理健康知识结构的构建。为此,教师应采用体验式的教学方法,使心理健康教育能够更有效地引导学生,提高心理素质,学会心理调节技巧,增强心理风险的防范意识。Due to the fierce competition in the society,the pressure faced by students has increased,and mental health problems have become an important reason affecting the healthy development of students.Classroom education is the main way for students to receive mental health education,while traditional mental health courses have a tendency to be theoretical and task-oriented,neglecting the construction of students'mental health knowledge structure.For this reason,teachers should adopt experiential teaching methods so that mental health education can guide students more effectively,improve their psychological quality,learn psychological adjustment skills,and enhance their awareness of psychological risk prevention.
