宁夏机动车尾气污染现状及防治对策解析

摘　　要：随着宁夏地区经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加速,机动车数量急剧增加,为居民生活带来便利的同时造成了严重的环境污染问题。机动车尾气排放已成为影响宁夏空气质量的重要因素之一。本文从加强法规标准建设与政策保障、加强老旧车辆排放管控、构建大数据监控平台、支持绿色交通城市建设四个方面提出建议,探索宁夏机动车尾气污染防治工作的实践策略。With the rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization process in Ningxia,the number of motor vehicles has increased dramatically,bringing convenience to residents'lives while also causing severe environmental pollution issues.Motor vehicle exhaust emissions have emerged as one of the significant factors impacting the air quality in Ningxia.This paper proposes four aspects of recommendations,including strength-ening the construction of regulations and standards and policy guarantees,tightening emission control over old vehicles,establishing a big data monitoring platform,and supporting the development of green transportation cities,to explore practical strategies for preventing and controlling motor vehicle exhaust pollution in Ningxia.
