摘　　要：在国家“双碳”目标下,能源开发更趋向于清洁化、多元化,我国可再生能源实现跨越式发展。建立健全新能源建设项目档案管理标准体系、助力新能源建设项目高质量发展,既是适应数字化转型、智能化发展的新时代要求,又是实现碳达峰碳中和目标的有力保障。本文从系统性、统一性、适用性、及时性四个维度分析了当前新能源建设项目档案管理标准体系建设存在的问题,并针对性地提出要从坚持系统布局、工程推进、创新引领、开放合作等方向做好新能源建设项目档案管理标准体系建设工作。Under the national"double carbon"goals,energy development will tend to be clean and diversified,and China's renewable energy will achieve great-leap-forward development.Establishing and perfecting the standard system of archives management of new energy construction projects and promoting the high-quality development of new energy construction projects are not only the requirements of the new era of digital transformation and intelligent development,but also a strong guarantee to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of archives management standard system of new energy construction projects from four dimensions of systematicness,unity,applicability and timeliness.It is pointed out that the construction of archives management standard system of new energy construction projects should be carried out from the aspects of system layout,project advancement,innovation guidance and open cooperation.
