摘　　要：新时代国家能源转型背景下,高质量发展成为主旋律。能源企业需要研究提出推进新能源项目档案工作的关键举措,以改革精神推动新能源项目档案实践、理论、制度全面创新,推动新一代信息技术与新能源项目档案管理深度融合,服务能源企业高质量发展。本文结合国家档案局重点科技项目“新能源建设项目档案工作研究”,介绍了新能源项目档案工作与新质生产力发展同频共振、服务企业生产经营的生动实践,以期为国内能源企业提升新能源项目档案工作功用价值、实现高质量发展提供参考与借鉴。Under the background of national energy transformation in the new era,high-quality development has become the main theme.Energy enterprises need to study and propose key measures to promote the archival work of new energy projects,promote comprehensive innovation in the practice,theory and system of new energy project archives with the spirit of reform,promote the deep integration of new generation information technology and new energy project archives management,and serve the high-quality development of energy enterprises.This paper combines the key scientific and technological project"Research on Archival Work of New Energy Construction Projects"of the National Archives Administration,and introduces the vivid practice of resonance between archival work of new energy projects and the development of new quality productivity serving the production and operation of enterprises.The aim is to provide reference and inspiration for domestic energy enterprises to enhance the functional value of archival work of new energy projects and achieve high-quality development.
