摘　　要：随着雄安新区规划与建设的有序推进,防震减灾工作在新区发展中的重要性日益凸显。档案资源作为防震减灾工作的重要组成部分,其整合与管理显得尤为关键。通过研究国内外档案资源的整合现状,探讨雄安新区防震减灾档案资源的整合与管理模式,深入分析防震减灾档案资源整合的意义,并提出整合内容、技术方法和原则以及应对挑战的解决方案,以期为新区的防震减灾工作提供有力的档案服务和决策依据。With the orderly progress of the planning and construction of Xiong'an New Area,the importance of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work in the development of the new area is becoming increasingly prominent.As an important component of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work,the integration and management of archives resources are particularly crucial.By studying the current integration status of archives resources at home and abroad,this paper explores the integration and management mode of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction archives resources in Xiong'an New Area,deeply analyzes the significance of integrating earthquake prevention and disaster reduction archives resources,and proposes integration content,technical methods and principles,as well as solutions to challenges,in order to provide strong archival services and decision-making basis for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work in Xiong'an New Area.
