辽宁省河湖长制档案建设工作的规范化管理

摘　　要：为落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于全面推进河长制的意见》《关于在湖泊实施湖长制的指导意见》,辽宁省水利厅于2017年编制了《辽宁省一河(湖)一策方案编制指南》。辽宁省河长制办公室于2020年发文,要求进一步加强河湖长制档案建设工作,有效解决河湖长制工作中档案不健全、不规范、不完整等问题。本文浅析辽宁省河长制档案建设工作基本内容和现状,力求不断完善河湖长制档案建设的理论和实践。In order to implement the Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the River Chief System and Guiding Opinions on Implementing the Lake Chief System in Lakes issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council,the Water Resources Department of Liaoning Province formulated the Guidelines for the Preparation of One River(Lake)One Strategy Plan in Liaoning Province in 2017.The Office of River Chief System in Liaoning province issued a document in 2020,requiring further strengthening of the construction of river and lake chief system archives,effectively solving the problems of incomplete,non-standard,and incomplete archives in river and lake chief system work.This paper analyzes the basic content and current situation of the construction of river chief system archives in Liaoning province,striving to continuously improve the theory and practice of river and lake chief system archives construction.
