从“索斯金轮船公司”看松花江航权收回

摘　　要：20世纪初,俄国与清政府签订《松黑两江航约》,攫取了中国内河松花江的航权。此外,俄国在松花江流域航运上采取垄断措施,打击了我国民族航运业的发展。索斯金轮船公司是该时期的俄国公司,其也与俄(苏)在松花江的航权垄断直接相关,索斯金公司的发展经历反映着中国内河松花江航权失而复得的历史经过。索斯金轮船公司最终因航权的收回而停业,所属船只被民族企业家收购,昭示着俄(苏)在松花江流域航权历史的结束。At the beginning of the 20th century,Russia and the Qing government signed the Songhei-Liangjiang Navigation Treaty and seized the navigation rights of China's inland river Songhua River.In addition,Russia took monopolistic measures in Songhua River basin shipping,which hit the development of China's national shipping industry.Soskin Steamship Company was a Russian company in this period,which was also directly related to the monopoly of navigation rights of Russia(Soviet Union)in Songhua River.The development experience of Soskin Company reflected the historical process of the loss and recovery of the navigation rights of Songhua River in China.Soskin Steamship Company finally stopped business because of the recovery of navigation rights,and its ships were bought by national entrepreneurs,indicating the end of the history of navigation rights of Russia(Soviet Union)in the Songhua River basin.
