摘 要:热压成型作为航空复合材料制造的瓶颈工序,其排产效率优化问题是复合材料数字化车间建设面临的痛点。针对热压成型排产中的工件组批调度问题,提出了一种考虑释放时间和二维装箱约束的批调度方法。首先,基于以索引工件标识批次的思路,构建了以最小化最大延迟时间为目标的改进混合整数规划模型;其次,通过定义批次中的关键工件,设计了一种嵌入关键工件邻域搜索策略的遗传算法;最后,通过不同策略算例仿真,验证了所构建模型和算法的有效性。实验结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效解决航空复合材料热压成型制造中的组批调度问题,为复合材料数字化车间中的热压成型排产提供决策支持。Autoclave molding is the bottleneck process in aerospace composites manufacturing,and its scheduling efficiency optimization becomes the key issue in digital workshop construction for composites manufacturing.A batch scheduling method considering release times and two-dimensional packing constraints for the batch scheduling problem in autoclave molding scheduling was proposed.Firstly,based on the idea of indexing batches with job leaders,an improved mixed integer programming model was constructed with the objective of minimizing the maximum job lateness.Secondly,a genetic algorithm embedding a Key-job neighborhood search strategy was designed by defining the key job in batches.Finally,the effectiveness of the constructed model and algorithm was verified through different comparative experiments.According to the experimental results,the proposed method can effectively address the batch scheduling problem in the autoclave molding process of aerospace composite materials,providing decision support for production planning in the digital autoclave molding workshop.
