基于溢出效应的数字健康平台发展策略

摘　　要：在人类社会发展进程中,健康问题始终不容忽视。由此提出一个具有普适性的数字健康平台,不仅可以提供线上线下双线医疗服务,而且汇集了中医、西医、蒙医等多重类别的医学人才和技术,可以提供多样性的远程医疗服务。本文应用溢出效应理论对数字健康平台进行建模,分别分析了不考虑溢出效应和考虑溢出效应两种策略下平台的定价决策和预期收益。结果显示,溢出效应对平台预期收益的影响较大,并且通常情况下平台考虑溢出效应时的预期收益将高于不考虑溢出效应时的预期收益,但当溢出效应极低时,不考虑溢出效应时的预期收益将高于考虑溢出效应时的预期收益。In the process of the development of human society,the health issue is always not negligible.A digital healthcare platform was proposed with general applicability,which not only can provide online and offline medical services,but also gather medical professionals and technologies from manifold fields such as Chinese traditional medicine,western medicine,Mongolian medicine and etc..Thus,it could provide multifarious cross-border and cross-boundary medical services.The spillover theory was applied to conduct modeling analysis of the digital healthcare platform,which analyzed the platform's pricing strategy and expected return under two tactics respectively with and without considering spillover effect.The results show that the spillover effect has relatively great influence on the platform's expected return and usually the planform's expected return with considering spillover effect is larger than that without considering spillover effect.However,when the spillover effect is extremely low,the expected return without considering spillover effect is larger than that with considering spillover effect.
