摘 要:针对生产系统性能衰退问题,提出考虑碳排放的维护阈值及阈值宽放度的串联生产系统维护策略优化模型,通过两参数威布尔分布构建设备故障率模型,以系统总成本最低为决策目标构建联合优化模型。首先,加入阈值宽放度来构建机会维护窗口,改变传统的维护阈值停机策略,提高生产系统的生产连续性及生产效率;其次,考虑实际生产过程中的质量损失,引入产品质量衰退成本;然后,考虑生产过程中产生的环境损失,根据碳交易市场价格引入碳排放成本;最后,运用改进粒子群算法对模型进行求解,通过算例分析验证模型的有效性,并与仅考虑维护阈值的单一变量模型进行对比。结果表明,本文提出的模型具有更好的维护决策优化能力,有助于企业降低成本提高效率。In response to the performance degradation issue in production systems,an optimization model for maintenance strategies of series production systems was proposed considering carbon emissionbased maintenance thresholds and threshold leniency.Utilizing a two-parameter Weibull distribution,a failure rate model for equipment was constructed.With the overarching decision-making objective to minimize total system costs,a joint optimization model was formulated.Firstly,the traditional maintenance threshold shutdown strategy was modified by increasing the threshold margin to create opportunity maintenance windows.This enhanced the continuity and efficiency of the production system.Secondly,quality degradation during the actual production process was accounted by incorporating costs related to product quality decline.Moreover,given the environmental impact of production,carbon emission costs were introduced based on the pricing in the carbon trading market.Lastly,an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm was employed to solve the model.A case study analysis verified the effectiveness of our proposed model.Compared to the single-variable model that only considered maintenance thresholds,the results indicate that the model offers superior optimization capabilities for maintenance decision-making.This can assist enterprises in reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
