摘　　要：压力性尿失禁(SUI)是最常见的尿失禁类型,已成为困扰中老年女性的泌尿系统疾病之一。本文对国内外中老年女性SUI患者自我报告结局评估工具在尿失禁症状、尿失禁特异性生活质量、心理社会适应水平以及治疗效果4个方面情况进行综述,分析现有评估工具的优点及不足,旨在为我国中老年女性SUI的特异性自我报告结局评估工具的研制、患者的症状管理、临床决策及相关研究提供借鉴。Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is the most common type of urinary incontinence and has become one of the urinary system diseases that plague middle-aged and older women.This paper reviews the patient-reported outcome assessment tools for middle-aged and older female SUI patients at China and abroad in four aspects of urinary incontinence symptoms,urinary incontinence specific quality of life,psychological and social adaptation,and treatment effectiveness.The advantages and disadvantages of existing assessment tools are analyzed,aiming to provide reference for the development of specific patient-reported outcome assessment tools for SUI in middle-aged and older women in China,patient symptom management,clinical decision-making,and research.
