摘  要:目的分析传统告知-演示-操作综合行为管理技术在牙科畏惧症患儿中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年6月—2022年6月温州医科大学附属口腔医院收治的80例伴有牙科畏惧症的患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上增加基于传统告知-演示-操作综合行为管理技术。对比两组患儿的儿童畏惧调查表—牙科分量表(CFSS-DS)、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、Frankl行为评估量表和Houpt行为量表评分。结果干预后观察组的CFSS-DS和SCARED评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的Frankl行为评估量表和Houpt行为量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙科畏惧症患儿采用传统告知-演示-操作综合行为管理技术进行干预,不仅可降低患儿对于治疗的恐惧心理,改善负性情绪,还可有效提高患儿的依从性和治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of traditional tell-show-do integrated behavior management technology in children with dental fear.MethodsFrom June 2021 to June 2022,80 children with dental fear admitted to the Hospital of Stomatology,Wenzhou Medical University were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table method.Control group received routine nursing,while observation group was treated with traditional tell-show-do integrated behavior management technology on the basis of control group.The Children's Fear Survey Schedule-Dental Subscale(CFSS-DS),Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED),Frankl Behavioral Rating Scale,and Houpt Behavior Scale scores of two groups of children were compared.ResultsAfter intervention,the CFSS-DS and SCARED scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Frankl Behavioral Rating Scale and Houpt Behavior Scale scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe traditional tell-show-do integrated behavior management technology for children with dental fear can not only relieve their fear of treatment and negative emotions,but also effectively improve their compliance and treatment effectiveness,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
