摘　　要：盐酸洛贝林是北美半边莲中提取的主要生物碱和活性成分,用于中枢性呼吸抑制的急救治疗,在中枢性呼吸抑制领域具有广泛的应用市场。通过图解的方式对盐酸洛贝林的合成方法进行了综述,并且对其工艺关键点进行了简要分析。Lobelin hydrochloride is the main alkaloid and active ingredient extracted from North American lobelia,used for emergency treatment of central respiratory depression,and has a wide application market in the field of central respiratory depression.A summary of the synthesis methods of lobelin hydrochloride was presented through graphical representation,and a brief analysis of its key process points was conducted.
