摘　　要：在饲料级磷酸氢钙、磷酸二氢钙的总磷、总钙含量检验中,使用熔融制样,X荧光仪分析,X射线荧光光谱仪具有分析速度快、准确性好、精密度高的优点。以无水四硼酸锂、偏硼酸锂混合熔剂Li_(2)B_(4)O_(7)(67%)+LiBO_(2)(33%)作为熔剂,以NH 4I为脱模剂,选择合适的熔融条件,制成均匀、透明、无杂质的玻璃状样品。选取内部标准样品建立校准曲线,并在同一实验条件下,进行多组数据验证,准确度和精密度满足要求,适合于日常检测。In the detection of total phosphorus and calcium content in feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate and calcium dihydrogen phosphate,melting sampling,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer analysis,and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer have the advantages of fast analysis speed,good accuracy,and high precision.In this paper,using a mixture of anhydrous lithium tetraborate and lithium metaborate flux Li_(2)B_(4)O_(7)(67%)+LiBO_(2)(33%)as the flux,NH 4I as the release agent,and selecting appropriate melting conditions,a uniform,transparent,and impurity free glassy sample was made.Selecting internal standard samples to establish calibration curves,and conduct multiple sets of data validation under the same experimental conditions.The accuracy and precision of method meet the requirements and are suitable for daily testing.
