摘 要:取食聚乙烯材料对大蜡螟种群延续的影响直接决定了大蜡螟取食并生物降解废弃聚乙烯塑料应用的可行性,为验证该影响规律,以农业中常用降解新膜(JJXM)、PE新膜(PEXM)、农田残留滴灌带(FDGD)、农田残膜(NTCM)为不同聚乙烯材料食物,人工饲料(RGSL,对照组)做对比,恒温30℃、相对湿度(RH)60%±10%RH条件下连续饲养大蜡螟两个世代。结果表明:取食不同聚乙烯材料较RGSL首先显著降低了大蜡螟取食量,进而显著降低了大蜡螟蛹重蛹长、成虫体重体长、产卵量、孵化率;第二代取食不同聚乙烯材料量均较第一代增加,而蛹重、蛹长、成虫体重、孵化率均低于第一代(P>0.05);不同聚乙烯材料处理产卵量由高到低依次为NTCM、FDGD、PEXM、JJXM;5龄期大蜡螟幼虫在不同聚乙烯处理条件下较RGSL处理总历期有缩短的趋势。The effects on population continuation of Galleria Mellonella fed with polyethylene materials directly determines the application feasibility of Galleria mellonella feeding and biodegradation of waste polyethylene plastics.In order to verify the influence law,the commonly used new biodegradable film(JJXM),new PE film(PEXM),residual drip irrigation belt in farmland(FDGD),farmland residual film(NTCM)in agriculture were used as different polyethylene materials food,artificial food(RGSL)for comparison.And the Galleria mellonella was continuously reared for two generations at constant temperature of 30℃and 60%±10%RH(relative humidity).Results showed that compared with RGSL,feeding different polyethylene materials significantly reduced the feeding amount of Galleria Mellonella,and then significantly reduced the pupal weight and pupal length,body weight and body length of adult moths,egg-production,and hatching rate of Galleria Mellonella.The feeding amount of different polyethylene materials in the second generation was higher than that in the first generation.But the pupal weight,pupal length,body weight of adult moths and hatching rate of the second generation under different polyethylene treatments were lower than those of the first generation(P>0.05).The egg-production of different polyethylene materials from high to low was NTCM,FDGD,PEXM and JJXM.The total duration of the 5th instar larvae of Galleria mellonella under different polyethylene treatment conditions was shorter than that of RGSL treatment.
