摘　　要：随着船舶智能化技术的迅速发展与普遍运用,智能船舶逐渐成为航运业的重要组成部分。船舶智能化水平对船员职能及船舶配员的影响,在系统梳理智能船舶的定义及分级分类标准的基础上,分析不同智能等级下的船员职能变化及配员策略,提出针对未来智能船舶的配员建议,以确保航运安全和效率的提升。With the rapid development and wide application of the intelligent ship technology,the MASS has gradually become an important part of the shipping industry.This paper aims to explore the impact of the ship intelligence level on seafarers'duties and manning of ships.Based on a systematic review of the the definition,categorization and classification standards of MASS,it analyzes the changes of seafarers'duties and manning strategies under different intelligence levels,and puts forward suggestions for future manning of MASS to ensure the improvement of shipping safety and efficiency.
