摘　　要：通过介绍集装箱安全管理的现状,国内法律法规和技术规则对集装箱检验和监管的要求,分析目前海事监管现状及存在的问题,提出对策建议。This paper introduces the current situation of container safety management and the requirements of domestic laws,regulations and technical rules for container inspection and supervision.It also analyzes the existing conditions of maritime supervision as well as the problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
