摘　　要：近年来,液化天然气(LNG)航运业迅速崛起,我国LNG航运市场前景广阔,培养高素质、具备专业技能的LNG船员成为行业发展的迫切需求。通过介绍国内LNG发展史,分析LNG船舶市场与船员现状,探讨海事院校、LNG航运公司、相关政府部门在培养优秀的LNG船员方面的重要性和实施策略,以满足LNG航运市场对高素质船员的需求,为我国LNG航运事业的发展提供可靠保障。In recent years,the LNG shipping industry has risen rapidly.The current LNG shipping market in China has broad prospects,and the training of high-quality and professionally skilled LNG seafarers has become an urgent need for the industry development.The article introduces the development history of LNG in China,analyzes the current situation of the LNG ship market and the seafarers,and studies the importance and implementation strategies of maritime colleges,LNG shipping companies,and relevant government departments in cultivating qualified LNG seafarers,in order to meet the needs of the LNG shipping market for high-quality seafarers and to provide reliable guarantees for the development of China's LNG shipping industry.
