摘 要:梅氏热厉螨是亚洲地区西方蜜蜂的主要螨害之一,相对于狄斯瓦螨(Varroa destructor),其个体较小、行动迅速、繁殖能力强,对蜂群危害极大。梅氏热厉螨会对西方蜜蜂幼虫和成虫造成不同程度危害,且会影响其肠道微生物组成,并降低蜜蜂寿命。同时梅氏热厉螨作为蜜蜂病毒载体,会在蜂群中传播蜜蜂病毒。本文主要从梅氏热厉螨对西方蜜蜂的影响、与蜜蜂病毒的关系、扩散风险和防治手段四个方面进行了概述,为梅氏热厉螨的危害机理和防控措施研究提供理论参考。Tropilaelaps mercedesae is one of main parasitic mites to European honey bee(Apis mellifera)in Asia.Compared with Varroa destructor,smaller size,more rapid locomotion,as well as faster reproductive rate make Tropilaelaps mercedesae displays greater threat to bee colonies.Tropilaelaps mercedesae inflict varying degrees of damage to European honey bee larvae and adults,alter their gut microbial composition,and reduce their longevity.At the same time,as honeybee virus vectors,Tropilaelaps mercedesae can spread honeybee viruses in colonies.This paper mainly reviews the impact of Tropilaelaps mercedesae on European honey bee,the relationship with honeybee viruses,as well as the risk assessment and control measures of Tropilaelaps mercedesae.This lays the foundation for the in-depth study of Tropilaelaps mercedesae,and provides theoretical reference for the prevention and control measures of Tropilaelaps mercedesae in the future.
