摘 要:以2年生夏橡幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽方式模拟不同程度盐胁迫环境,设置对照CK、0.2%(T_(0.2))、0.4%(T_(0.4))、0.6%(T_(0.6))、0.7%(T_(0.7))、0.8%(T_(0.8))、0.9%(T_(0.9))和1%(T_(1))8个质量比处理梯度,研究不同程度盐胁迫对夏橡幼苗光合生理特性的影响.研究结果表明,在T_(0.2)处理下,盐胁迫对夏橡幼苗的生长和光合生理生态特征影响较小.随着盐质量比的增加,不同盐质量比处理下叶片的净光合速率(P_(n))和气孔导度(G_(s))较CK均有显著下降,且伴随着胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))的上升,表明盐胁迫下夏橡幼苗叶片P_(n)下降的主要原因是受非气孔因素限制.在光响应过程中,低盐胁迫对净光合速率的影响较小,高盐胁迫对净光合速率的影响非常显著.夏橡幼苗耐盐阈值为0.36%NaCl,能够在弱盐渍化土中栽培种植.In this study,2-year-old Quercus robur saplings were used as experimental materials to investigate the effects of varying levels of salt stress on their photosynthetic physiological characteristics.Eight treatment gradients were established:CK(control),0.2%(T_(0.2)),0.4%(T_(0.4)),0.6%(T_(0.6)),0.7%(T_(0.7)),0.8%(T_(0.8)),0.9%(T_(0.9)),and 1%(T_(1)).The results showed that under the T_(0.2) treatment,salt stress had minimal impact on the growth and photosynthetic physiological and ecological characteristics of Quercus robur.As salt concentration increased,the net photosynthetic rate(P_(n))and stomatal conductance(G_(s))of the leaves decreased significantly compared to CK,while the intercellular CO_(2) concentration(C_(i))increased.This suggests that the reduction in P_(n) under salt stress is primarily due to non-stomatal factors.During the light response process,low levels of salt stress had a minor effect on the net photosynthetic rate,whereas high levels of salt stress had a significant impact.The salt tolerance threshold for Quercus robur was determined to be 0.36%NaCl,indicating that it can be cultivated and planted in mildly saline soils.
