摘 要:为研究不同类型骨料对混凝土性能影响,分别采用砂岩、二长岩人工粗骨料和天然卵石粗骨料配制C9035W10F300二级配常态混凝土,并对比分析了三种骨料二级配常态混凝土的力学性能、耐久性能、变形性能。结果表明,天然骨料混凝土自生体积变形和干缩变形小,抗渗性能略优,但受骨料表面特征影响,与砂浆粘结性相对较差,混凝土力学性能较人工骨料的低。二长岩骨料混凝土在力学性能和抗冻性能方面表现最优,但抗渗性能、自生体积变形和干缩变形性能较天然骨料有所下降。砂岩骨料混凝土抗压/抗拉弹性模量低,受力变形时内部应力集中程度相对较小,但受骨料品质特性的影响,混凝土耐久性、自生体积变形和干缩变形性能略差。研究结果可为二级配常态混凝土骨料选择及配合比科学设计提供参考。In order to study the influence of different types of aggregates on the performance of concrete,two-grade aggregate conventional concrete C9035W10F300 was prepared using sandstone,monzonite artificial coarse aggregates,and natural pebble coarse aggregates.The mechanical properties,durability,and deformation performance of the three types of aggregate concrete were analyzed.The results show that natural aggregate concrete has small self-generated vol-ume deformation and dry shrinkage deformation,slightly better impermeability,but due to surface characteristics,the bonding between aggregates and mortar is relatively poor,and the mechanical properties of concrete are lower than those of artificial aggregates.The monzonite aggregate concrete performs the best in terms of mechanical properties and frost resistance,but its impermeability,self-generated volume deformation,and dry shrinkage deformation performance are slightly reduced compared to natural aggregates.The compressive/tensile elastic modulus of sandstone aggregate concrete is low,and the degree of internal stress concentration during stress deformation is relatively small.However,due to the influence of aggregate quality characteristics,the durability,self generated volume deformation,and dry shrinkage de-formation performance of concrete are slightly poor.The research conclusion can provide reference for the selection of ag-gregates and scientific design of mix proportions for two grade aggregate conventional concrete.
