摘 要:随着我国颁布各项VOCs的相关整治政策,工业涂装行业VOCs废气排放控制日益受到关注和重视。本文从源头控制、过程管理、末端治理等方面对工业涂装行业VOCs废气的污染控制措施进行了分析及阐述,主要包括:选取水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固体份涂料、辐射固化涂料等低VOCs涂料实现源头控制;采用高效先进的涂装方式、提高废气收集效率等强化过程管理;采用高效末端治理工艺进一步降低VOCs排放,为工业涂装行业VOCs废气的全过程控制提供参考。With the promulgation of relevant rectification policies related to VOCs in China,the control of VOCs emissions in the industrial coating industry is increasingly receiving attention and importance.This article analyzes and elaborates on the pollution control measures of VOCs waste gas in the industrial coating industry from the aspects of source control,process management,and end treatment.The main measures include selecting low VOCs coatings such as water-based coatings,powder coatings,high solid coatings,and radiation curing coatings to achieve source control,adopting effi cient and advanced coating methods,improving exhaust gas collection effi ciency to enhance process management,and using effi cient end treatment processes to further reduce VOCs emissions,providing reference for the full process control of VOCs waste gas in the industrial coating industry.
