摘  要:本文探讨了火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)在土壤样品中铅含量检测中的应用。FAAS作为一种经典的分析方法,因其操作简便、成本较低而广泛应用于环境监测中。然而,FAAS在灵敏度和抗干扰能力方面存在着一定的局限性。本文从FAAS的基本原理出发,详细分析了样品前处理的重要性,讨论了仪器调试及操作的关键步骤,并提出在实际应用中提高检测精度和可靠性的技术措施。研究结果表明,尽管存在不足之处,但FAAS仍然是土壤中铅检测的有效方法,具有广阔的应用前景。This article explored the application of fl ame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS)in detecting lead content in soil samples.FAAS,as a classic analytical method,is widely used in environmental monitoring due to its simple operation and low cost.However,FAAS has certain limitations in terms of sensitivity and anti-interference ability.This article started from the basic principles of FAAS,analyzed in detail the importance of sample pretreatment,discussed the key steps of instrument debugging and operation,and proposed technical measures to improve detection accuracy and reliability in practical applications.The research results indicate that despite its shortcomings,FAAS is still an eff ective method for soil lead detection and has broad application prospects.
