包装印刷行业建设项目环境影响评价技术评估要点探析

摘　　要：包装印刷行业在油墨调配、印刷和烘干等工艺中会产生大量挥发性有机物(VOCs),这些VOCs不仅会对大气环境造成影响,还对人体健康产生潜在的危害。本文在现有VOCs治理技术的研究基础上,结合实际案例对某使用平版印刷工艺的包装印刷企业的环境影响评价技术的评估要点进行了梳理。在技术评估过程中,需要全面考虑印刷行业的特点,重点关注原辅材料、大气污染物排放情况、大气污染治理措施及排放标准要求。A large number of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)will be produced in the process of ink blending,printing and drying in packaging and printing industry.VOCs not only aff ect the atmospheric environment,but also do potential harm to human health.Based on the research of existing VOCs treatment technology,this paper combed the key points of environmental impact assessment technology of a packaging and printing enterprise using lithography technology.In the process of technical evaluation,it is necessary to fully consider the characteristics of printing industry,focusing on raw and auxiliary materials,air pollutant emissions and so on.
