摘　　要：近年来,突发环境事件引发了社会公众对环境安全的关注,各类化工厂泄漏、水源污染、气候灾害等事件对人们的生活和健康造成了威胁,所以人们对环境应急管理工作的重视程度不断提升。在全国环境应急管理工作会议上,明确提出了加快建设中国特色环境应急管理体系的目标,强调了环境应急全过程管理的重要性。本文旨在深入探讨如何准确把握环境应急管理的“主线、核心”,以及如何扎实做好相关工作的有效策略。In recent years,sudden environmental events have aroused the public’s attention to environmental safetyk,all kinds of chemical plant leakage,water pollution,climate disasters and other events have brought threats to people’s life and health,so all parties are paying more attention to environmental emergency management.At the national conference on environmental emergency management,China clearly put forward the goal of speeding up the construction of environmental emergency management system with Chinese characteristics,emphasizing the importance of the whole process of environmental emergency management.This paper aim to deeply discuss how to accurately grasp the“main line,the core”of environmental emergency management,and how to do a solid job of the relevant work of eff ective strategies.
