摘　　要：本研究旨在分析国有企业实施的污染控制政策对环境治理和公共健康的影响,评估政策的有效性,并提出改进建议。通过收集政府工作报告和企业公开的数据,采用定量与定性相结合的方法,利用回归分析等统计工具对数据进行深入处理。研究发现,尽管污染控制政策在改善环境质量和提升公共健康水平方面取得了一定成效,但在政策执行力度和覆盖面方面仍存在显著不足。通过案例分析,揭示了政策成功应用的实例及面临的挑战,强调了国有企业在推动环境保护和公共健康方面的关键作用,旨在推动环境与健康领域的进一步发展。This study aims to analyze the impact of pollution control policies implemented by state-owned enterprises on environmental governance and public health,evaluate the eff ectiveness of the policies,and make suggestions for improvement.Through the collection of government work reports and enterprise open data,quantitative and qualitative methods are adopted,and statistical tools such as regression analysis are used for in-depth data processing.The study found that although pollution control policies have achieved some success in improving environmental quality and public health,there are still signifi cant defi ciencies in the intensity and coverage of policy implementation.Through case studies,examples of successful policy applications and challenges are revealed,highlighting the key role of state-owned enterprises in promoting environmental protection and public health,with the aim of promoting further development in the fi eld of environment and health.
