摘　　要：在构建“双循环”新发展格局的战略背景下,城市夜间经济已成为激发城市发展活力、赋能高质量“内循环”的重要载体。按照政府关于加快推进夜间经济发展的工作部署,根据“十四五”规划和创建旅游休闲城市的统一要求,要进一步激活城市的夜间经济活力、城市消费水平、开放度、活跃度和投资环境。随着我国影视行业的持续发展,很多地方耗巨资建造了影视拍摄基地,并以城市旅游休闲场所的运营模式进行盈利,文章以湖州影视城为例,研究探讨湖州影视城的基本发展状况,从夜间经济发展方向出发,提出推进湖州影视城夜间经济发展和活性化的运营方案。In the strategic context of establishing a new"dual circulation"development paradigm,the urban nighttime economy has emerged as a vital medium for stimulating the development vigor of cities and facilitating high-quality"internal circulation".In line with the government's work arrangement for accelerating the development of the nighttime economy,as well as the unified requirements of the"14th Five-Year Plan"and the establishment of tourism and leisure cities,it is essential to further invigorate the nighttime economic vitality,consumption level,openness,activity,and investment environment of cities.With the sustained progress of China's film and television industry,numerous locations have constructed film and television shooting bases incurring substantial sums of money.They generate profits based on the operational mode of urban tourism and leisure venues.This paper takes Huzhou Movie Town as an example to examine the fundamental situation and development status of Huzhou Movie Town,and proceeds from the perspective of nighttime economy development to propose operational plans for promoting the development and rejuvenation of the nighttime economy in Huzhou Movie Town.
