摘  要:铪硅(Hf-Si)金属间化合物具有较高的力学性能,优异的耐磨性和抗氧化性。Hf-Si金属间化合物主要有Hf_(2)Si, Hf_3Si_(2),Hf_(5)Si_(4),HfSi和HfSi_(2)。陶瓷具有较高的力学性能,优异的耐磨性和抗氧化性。Hf-Si金属间化合物可与陶瓷结合制备Hf-Si金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料。笔者阐述了Hf-Si金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺、物相组成、显微组织、力学性能、耐磨性和抗氧化性,还阐述了Hf-Si金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的研究发展现状和发展趋势,并对其未来的研究发展趋势进行了分析和展望。Hafnium silicon(Hf-Si)intermetallics compounds have high mechanical properties,excellent wear resistance and oxidation resistance.Hf-Si intermetallics compounds mainly include Hf_(2)Si,Hf_(3)Si_(2),Hf_(5)Si_(4),HfSi and HfSi_(2).Ceramics have high mechanical properties,excellent wear resistance and oxidation resistance.Hf-Si intermetallics compounds can be combined with ceramics to prepare Hf-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites.In this paper,the preparation process,phase composition,microstructure,mechanical properties,wear resistance and oxidation resistance of Hf-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites are first introduced,the research and development status and development trend of Hf-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites are introduced,and the future research and development trend is analyzed and predicted.
