摘　　要：笔者以某住宅建筑采用装配式技术方案,在设计阶段要求深入贯彻绿色建筑理念。在研究过程重点针对其围护结构和室内户型开展优化设计,确定了外墙、屋面、外窗的节能保温设计方案。在户型结构设计阶段,对原方案进行优化,减少了凹凸面、室内功能分区和预制隔墙板,有利于节约建筑材料。根据研究内容得出:在围护结构设计中,应该采用优质的保温隔热材料,降低传热系数,从而减少运行过程中的能量损耗;在室内结构设计中,需要通过合理的空间布局控制材料消耗。The author adopts the prefabricated technology scheme for a residential building,which requires in-depth implementation of the concept of green building in the design stage.In the process of research,it focuses on the optimization design of its envelope structure and interior type,and determines the energy-saving thermal insulation design scheme of exterior wall,roof and window.In the design stage of the house structure,the original scheme is optimized to reduce the concave and convex surface,indoor functional partition and prefabricated wall panel,which is conducive to saving building materials.According to the research content,it is concluded that in the design of the envelope structure,high-quality thermal insulation materials should be used to reduce the heat transfer coefficient,so as to reduce the energy loss during operation,In the interior structure design,it is necessary to control the material consumption through reasonable space layout.
