摘  要:离网型可再生能源发电制氢(ReP2H)相较于并网型,具备规划灵活、电能成本低、无并网接入成本及运行方式限制等优势,但因无外网支撑,其自身平衡难度大,设计及运行难以兼顾安全和经济性。针对上述问题,面向离网型ReP2H系统中电力网络、制氢、氢储运、氢负荷之间物质及能量平衡的多时间尺度动态行为,归纳能量管理框架,并通过简单系统的8760 h生产模拟分析关键影响因素。进而,分析其中长期生产与市场运营计划、日前/日内生产调度、实时能量平衡控制等功能模块的技术需求,总结关键难题及待研究方向,包括离网系统稳定性分析、制氢灵活性量化、氢气汇集/输送/存储及氢负荷调控、储能系统分析与优化控制、故障穿越及黑启动等,以期为离网型ReP2H系统研究及工程应用提供参考。Compared to grid-connected renewable power-to-hydrogen(ReP2H)systems,off-grid ReP2H systems have advantages such as flexible planning,low electricity cost,and no grid-connection costs or operation mode constraints.However,due to the lack of external grid support,the off-grid ReP2H systems have great difficulties in achieving self-balancing,making it difficult to balance safety and economy in design and operation.In response to the above issues,aiming at the multi-time-scale dynamic behavior of material and energy balance among power grid,hydrogen production,hydrogen storage and transportation,and hydrogen load in an off-grid ReP2H system,an energy management framework is summarized,and key influencing factors are analyzed through 8760-hour production simulation of a simple system.Furthermore,the technological requirements are analyzed for functional modules such as long-term production and market operation planning,day-ahead/intra-day production scheduling,and real-time energy balance control.Key challenges and research directions are summarized,including stability analysis of off-grid systems,flexibility quantification of hydrogen production,hydrogen collection/transportation/storage and hydrogen load dispatch and control,energy storage system analysis and optimization control,and fault ride-through and black start,etc.,in order to provide references for the research and engineering application of off-grid ReP2H systems.
