摘　　要：本文聚焦于老年友好社区构建在工业遗产改造中的创新实践,选取南京1865创意产业园作为研究案例。通过采用参与式设计方法,调研老年人需求,旨在探索如何在保留工业遗产特色的同时,打造一个符合老年人生活需求的老年友好社区。研究不仅为工业遗产的可持续利用提供了新思路,也为应对老龄化社会挑战提供了实践参考。This article focuses on the innovative practice of building elderly friendly communities in industrial heritage renovation,and selects Nanjing 1865 Creative Industry Park as a research case.By adopting a participatory design approach and researching the needs of the elderly,the aim is to explore how to create an elderly friendly community that meets their living needs while preserving the characteristics of industrial heritage.The research not only provides new ideas for the sustainable utilization of industrial heritage,but also provides practical references for addressing the challenges of an aging society.
