摘　　要：本文研究了辽宁省在新形势下优化参与东北亚区域合作的路径,通过分析辽宁省在交通运输、政策支持、装备制造和能源等方面的优势,提出了六大优化策略,发挥自贸区辐射作用、提升金融服务能力、建设国际航空枢纽、设立离岸科技创新中心、扩大服务贸易出口以及建设大连自由贸易港。这些策略旨在推动辽宁省经济高质量发展,并促进东北亚区域经济一体化。实施这些路径将有助于提升辽宁省在区域合作中的地位,并带动整体经济增长。This paper studies the path for Liaoning Province to optimize its participation in Northeast Asian regional cooperation under the new situation,and proposes six optimization strategies by analyzing Liaoning Province's advantages in transportation,policy support,equipment manufacturing and energy.We will give full play to the radiating role of free trade zones,improve financial service capabilities,build international aviation hubs,set up offshore science and technology innovation centers,expand service trade exports,and build Dalian Free Trade Port.These strategies aim to promote the high-quality economic development of Liaoning Province and promote the regional economic integration of Northeast Asia.Implementing these paths will help elevate Liaoning's position in regional cooperation and drive overall economic growth.
