摘  要:针对岭南地区普遍存在的通风问题,本文以江门“云山诗意”别墅建筑为例提出有效的通风策略,该小区主推院落别墅产品,以联排对称的建筑布局为主,在岭南地区具有典型性。首先本文基于PHOENICS软件对小区进行量化分析,得出外风环境不畅、导风秩序不良和换气频次不足是导致该小区建筑潮湿、墙体结构脱落、材料霉变等问题的主要原因。其次,本文依据《绿色建筑评价标准》借助PHOENICS软件针对外风导流组织、群落朝向布局、群落巷道设计、建筑组团秩序、建筑围合结构5个方面提出有效的通风策略,研究结论得出自然通风的性能取决于周围的气候条件以及建筑的物理参数,为湿热地区既有别墅建筑通风优化以及城市新建住区的科学布局规划提供了参考。In view of the ventilation problems prevailing in Lingnan area,this paper proposes an effective ventilation strategy for the villa building of Jiangmen“Yunshan Shiyi”as an example,which is typical in Lingnan area with the symmetrical architectural layout of rows and the promotion of courtyard villa products.Firstly,this paper quantitatively analyzes the district based on PHOENICS software,and concludes that the poor external wind environment,poor air conduction order and insufficient air exchange frequency are the main reasons leading to the problems of dampness of the building,wall structure detachment,and mold and mildew of the materials in the district.Secondly,based on the Green Building Evaluation Standard,this paper proposes effective ventilation strategies for five aspects:external wind conduction organization,cluster orientation layout,cluster alleyway design,building group order,and building enclosure structure with the help of PHOENICS software,and concludes that the performance of natural ventilation depends on the surrounding climatic conditions as well as the physical parameters of the building,which is a good solution for the optimization of the ventilation of the existing villa buildings in the hot and humid areas as well as for the planning of the scientific layout of the new urban settlements.It provides a reference for the optimization of ventilation of existing villa buildings in hot and humid areas and the scientific layout planning of new urban settlements.
