摘  要:生物柴油是一种环保的可再生资源,具有少污染性、燃料性能好,制作材料易得、不断循环利用等特性。传统方法制备生物柴油所使用的催化剂常存在腐蚀性强,易损坏生产设备,生产成本高等问题,所以,新型催化剂的研究迫在眉睫。离子液体作为化工生产中常用的催化剂,具有绿色、高效、污染小、可重复利用性高等优点,在提高生物柴油合成率的研究方面发挥了重要作用。本文主要分析了传统催化剂制备生物柴油的各种方法和优缺点,归纳总结了离子液体的优缺点和作为催化剂制备生物柴油的最新研究进展。Biodiesel is an environmentally friendly renewable resource,which has the characteristics of less pollution,good fuel performance,easy availability of production materials,and continuous recycling.The catalysts used in traditional methods for preparing biodiesel often suffer from strong corrosiveness,easy damage to production equipment,and high production costs.Therefore,the research on new catalysts is urgent.As a commonly used catalyst in chemical production,ionic liquids have the advantages of green,high efficiency,low pollution and high reusability,and play an important role in improving the synthesis rate of biodiesel.In this paper,various methods and advantages and disadvantages of biodiesel preparation from traditional catalysts are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of ionic liquids and the latest research progress in the preparation of biodiesel as catalysts are summarized.
