碱性过硫酸钾消解法在工业废水总氮检测中的优化应用研究

摘  要:总氮是工业废水中重要的污染物指标之一,准确测定总氮对于水质监测至关重要。研究通过优化消解温度、消解时间、试剂配比等关键因素,提升了碱性过硫酸钾消解法的精确性和可靠性。实验结果表明,最佳消解温度为125℃,此时氮的转化率和总氮回收率均达到98%,相对标准偏差为1.5%。消解时间为30 min时,氮转化率达到最高值98%,总氮回收率也保持在98%以上。此外,试剂配比优化显示,40 g/L的过硫酸钾和15 g/L的氢氧化钠浓度为最佳条件,总氮回收率达到98%。研究结果证明,优化后的碱性过硫酸钾消解法能够有效提高复杂水质条件下的总氮检测精度和可靠性。Total nitrogen is one of the important pollutant indicators in industrial wastewater,and accurate determination of total nitrogen is essential for water quality monitoring.In this study,the accuracy and reliability of alkaline potassium persulfate digestion method were improved by optimizing the key factors such as digestion temperature,digestion time and reagent ratio.The experimental results showed that the optimal digestion temperature was 125℃,and the nitrogen conversion rate and total nitrogen recovery rate reached 98%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.5%.When the digestion time is 30 min,the nitrogen conversion rate reaches the highest value of 98%,and the total nitrogen recovery rate is also main-tained at more than 98%.In addition,the optimized reagent ratio showed that the concentration of 40 g/L potassium persulfate and 15 g/L sodium hydroxide was optimal,and the total nitrogen recovery rate reached 98%.The results show that the optimized alkaline potassium persulfate digestion method can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of total nitrogen detection under complex water quality conditions.
