摘  要:为了推动建筑废弃物资源化及高值化利用发展,本文针对建筑垃圾废弃物红砖生产制备水性涂料,以建筑垃圾废弃物红砖为填料,制备一种新型环保水性涂料,并开展性能优化探究,结果表明:添加功能填料显著提升了砖粉水性涂料的阻隔隔热性能。空心玻璃微珠和粉煤灰漂珠增效最明显,膨胀珍珠岩和海泡石次之,木质纤维和硅酸铝效果有限。膨胀珍珠岩的最佳粒径为800目,过细反而降低隔热效果。适当球磨海泡石可减小粒径而不影响隔热性能。这些发现为优化涂料配方提供了重要参考。In order to promote the development of construction waste recycling and high-value utilization,this paper prepared water-based coatings for the production of red bricks from construction waste.A new type of environmentally friendly water-based coatings was prepared with red bricks from construction waste as fillers,and performance optimization was carried out.The results showed that the addition of functional fillers significantly improved the thermal insulation performance of brick powder water-based coatings.Hollow glass beads and fly ash floating beads have the most obvious synergistic effect,followed by expanded perlite and sepiolite,and the effect of wood fiber and aluminum silicate is limited.The optimum particle size of expanded perlite is 800 mesh,and too fine will reduce the thermal insulation effect.Appropriate ball milling of sepiolite can reduce the particle size without affecting the thermal insulation performance.These findings provide an important reference for optimizing the coating formulation.
