摘 要:爆破放顶技术是煤矿初采期间所需进行的一项重要工作,该工作危险性高、关系着放顶后的瓦斯体积分数,所采用的技术是否合理与初采期间瓦斯治理工作、初采结束时间密切相关。但目前通用性的爆破放顶技术与不同情况的现场直接适应性存在差别,因此本文以寺河煤矿目前所开采的3#煤层为研究对象,针对综采工作面不同类型的顶板分别研究,改进了现有爆破放顶技术的工艺流程及技术细节,并开展了现场试验。结果表明:采用优化后的爆破放顶技术,爆破后CO体积分数下降30%,老顶来压提前了10~15 m,初采时间由20天缩短至15天左右,缩短了约25%,技术更加安全、高效,初采期间瓦斯治理效果提升,确保了工作面初采期间高产高效,产生了明显的经济效益。Blasting caving technology is an important work to be carried out during the initial mining period of coal mine.The work is high-ly dangerous and related to the gas concentration after caving.Whether the technology adopted is reasonable is closely related to the gas control work during the initial mining period and the end time of the initial mining.However,the current general blasting caving technology is different from the direct adaptability of different situations.Therefore,this paper takes the 3#coal seam currently mined in Sihe Coal Mine as the research object,and studies the different types of roofs in the fully mechanized mining face.The process flow and technical details of the existing blasting caving tech-nology were improved,and the field test was carried out.The results show that using the optimized blasting caving technology,the CO concentration after blasting is reduced by 30%,the pressure of the main roof is advanced by 10~15 meters,and the initial mining time is shortened from 20 days to about 15 days,which is shortened by about 25%.The technology is safer and more efficient.The effect of gas control during the initial mining peri-od is improved,which ensures the high yield and high efficiency during the initial mining period of the working face and produces obvious economic benefits.
