摘　　要：目前,三羟甲基乙烷硝酸酯是采用间歇法工艺,存在着效率低、成本高和环境污染的问题。作者对1,1,1-三羟甲基乙烷三硝酸酯生产工艺进行改进,采用多次萃取使产品收率由97%左右提高到99%左右,采用三氧化硫调配回收的混酸,混酸可全部再生利用。At present,trimethylol ethane nitrate is a batch process,which has some problems such as low efficiency,high cost and environmental pollution.In this paper,the production process of 1,1,1-trimethylol ethane trinitrate has been improved,the results indicated that yield of the product was increased from about 97%to about 99%by multiple extraction,and the used mixed acid was recycled completely by compound with slfur trioxide.
