摘  要:除氧器作为化工装置区的关键设备,核心任务是为各用户提供符合标准的除氧水,其设计选用不仅影响锅炉的运行和安全,同时影响到全厂蒸汽系统和水系统的稳定性和可靠性。因此,在选型计算及配套系统设计时,首先,深入分析除氧水用户情况核定设备规格能力,再进行物料平衡和能量平衡计算,最后,完善配套系统设计。通过严格遵循合理的设计选型步骤和方法,旨在确保除氧器高效、稳定、安全地运行,满足各用户的多元化需求,为化工装置区的整体运行提供坚实支撑。As a key equipment in the chemical plant area,the core task of the deaerator is to provide users with standard deoxygenated water.Its design and selection not only affect the operation and safety of the boiler,but also affect the stability and reliability of the steam and water systems of the entire plant.Therefore,in the selection calculation and supporting system design,the first step is to conduct in-depth analysis of the deoxygenated water user situation to determine the equipment specifications and capabilities,then perform material balance and energy balance calculations,and finally improve the supporting system design.By strictly following reasonable design selection steps and methods,the aim is to ensure the efficient,stable,and safe operation of the deaerator,meet the diverse needs of various users,and provide solid support for the overall operation of the chemical plant area.
