摘 要:本文深入探讨了中药饮片提取与浓缩工艺对有效成分提取率的影响,旨在通过系统分析不同提取溶剂、工艺参数及药材前处理对提取率的影响,以及浓缩过程中工艺参数、新型技术及醇沉工序对最终产品质量的贡献,为中药现代化生产提供科学依据。研究发现,合理选择溶剂种类与配比、优化提取温度、时间及压力等参数,以及精细化的药材前处理与浓缩工艺,均能有效提升中药有效成分的提取率,保障中药产品的疗效与稳定性。同时,本文还揭示了浓缩过程中有效成分稳定性问题及解决方案,为中药产业技术升级提供了参考。This article deeply explores the influence of extraction and concentration processes of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces on the extraction rate of active ingredients.The aim is to systematically analyze the effects of different extraction solvents,process parame-ters,and pre-treatment of medicinal materials on the extraction rate,as well as the contributions of process parameters,new technologies,and alcohol precipitation processes to the final product quality during the concentration process,in order to provide scientific basis for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine production.Research has found that reasonable selection of solvent types and ratios,optimization of extraction tem-perature,time,and pressure parameters,as well as refined pre-treatment and concentration processes for medicinal materials,can effectively im-prove the extraction rate of effective ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine,ensuring the efficacy and stability of Chinese medicine products.Meanwhile,this article also reveals the stability issues and solutions of active ingredients during the concentration process,providing a reference for the technological upgrading of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
