摘 要:针对人造石墨负极材料低温下Li^(+)传输缓慢、界面电阻高及界面析锂导致其低温性能差的问题,开展了F-无定形碳复合包覆处理研究。研究发现,与常规碳包覆人造石墨相比,在沥青添加量为3%及F化物添加量为1%所制得F-无定形碳包覆人造石墨样品F-CN-AG表现出了良好的低温性能。F-CN-AG在-20℃与-40℃下的1C放电容量保留率分别达到17.35%和6.51%,而常规碳包覆人造石墨C-AG却只有15.44%和3.57%。另外,F-无定形碳复合包覆处理还对负极的循环寿命起到了良好改善效果。该研究为提升人造石墨负极材料的低温性能提供了一条新的思路。Aiming at the problems of slow Li^(+)transmission,high interfacial resistance and poor low temperature performance caused by interfacial lithium evolution,F-amorphous carbon composite coating treatment was carried out.It was found that F-CN-AG,which was prepared with 3%asphalt and 1%F-compound,showed good low temperature performance compared with conventional carbon coated artificial graphite.The 1C discharge capacity retention rates of F-CN-AG at-20℃and-40℃reached 17.35%and 6.51%respectively,while the conventional carbon-coated artificial graphite C-AG was only 15.44%and 3.57%.In addition,F-amorphous carbon composite coating treatment also has a good effect on the cycle life of the negative electrode.This study provides a new way to improve the low temperature performance of artificial graphite anode materials.
