摘 要:大连凯特利催化工程技术有限公司开发了适用于富含CO气源中的烯烃加氢脱除催化剂,用于电石炉尾气、天然气乙炔炉尾气、油田气等富含一氧化碳工业气中乙烯加氢脱除。本文考察了载体类型、载体处理方式及助剂对乙烯加氢性能的影响,并借助于XRD、TPD等表征手段,构建乙烯加氢性能与其物性之间的构效关系。1200h催化剂稳定性测试结果显示该催化剂可以有效脱除CO气源中的烯烃,满足下游工艺对乙烯的净化指标。Dalian Kaiteli Catalytic Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.has developed an olefin hydrogenation removal catalyst,which is used for the hydrogenation and removal of ethylene in industrial gases rich in carbon monoxide such as calcium carbide furnace tail gas,natural gas acet-ylene furnace tail gas,and oilfield gas.This article investigates the effects of carrier type,carrier treatment method,and additives on the hydrogena-tion performance of ethylene,and constructs the structure-activity relationship between ethylene hydrogenation performance and its physical prop-erties using characterization methods such as XRD and TPD.The stability test results of the 1200 hour catalyst show that the catalyst can effectively remove olefins from the CO gas source,meeting the purification requirements of downstream processes for ethylene.
