摘  要:换热器至离心泵入口管线为高温高压管道,因设计柔性不足,设计工况下离心泵和换热器管口计算载荷均超出限值。为保障管道及设备的安全运行,综合考虑现场环境,先后采用自然补偿和设置柔性补偿器2种方案对管道进行优化。通过管道应力分析,评估了2种方案对设备管口载荷的优化效果。最终选择在竖管段位置设置复式拉杆膨胀节,以满足管道应力和管口限值要求。The pipe between heat exchanger and centrifugal pump under high-temperature and high-pressure.Due to insufficient pipe flexibility,the calculated loads at the nozzle of both the centrifugal pump and heat exchanger exceed the limit value under the design conditions.In order to ensure the safe operation of the pipe and equipment,and considering the site environment,two schemes of natural compensation and set flexible compensator are adopted.Through pipe stress analysis,the optimization effect of the two schemes was evaluated.Finally,the scheme of setting double-tied expansion joint on the standpipe was selected to meet the requirements of pipe stress and the nozzle loads limit for the equipment.
