摘 要:随着物联网技术的发展,通信电源系统的热插拔保护成为保障设备稳定运行的关键。针对热插拔过程中存在的浪涌电流、过压及反接等问题,设计了一种基于可控电流源、比较器、智能功率模块的保护电路。通过电流限制、过压保护、反接保护及软启动这4个模块的协同作用,有效保护了通信电源。实验结果表明,该保护电路能够有效抑制浪涌电流、快速响应过压情况并防止电源反接,确保了通信设备的可靠性和安全性。With the development of Internet of Things technology,the hot plug protection of communication power supply system has become the key to ensure the stable operation of equipment.Aiming at the problems of surge current,overvoltage and reverse connection in hot plug,a protection circuit based on controllable current source,comparator and intelligent power module is designed.Through the synergy of current limiting,overvoltage protection,reverse connection protection and soft start,communication power supply is effectively protected.The experimental results show that the protection circuit can effectively suppress surge current,quickly respond to overvoltage and prevent the reverse connection of power supply,thus ensuring the reliability and safety of communication equipment.
