摘  要:地铁供电系统的设备长期处于高负荷运行状态,导致电能质量不稳定,影响节电保护,为此提出基于面向通用对象的变电站事件(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event,GOOSE)机制的地铁供电系统节电保护整定配合方案。在地铁供电系统拓扑结构模型中,利用GOOSE机制的快速通信能力和地铁供电系统直流特征量,选择闭锁自适应级联方向,并确定地铁供电系统电流整定值,实现地铁供电系统节电保护整定配合。仿真测试表明,运用GOOSE机制的地铁供电系统节电保护整定配合方案整定后的供电系统在保证安全性的同时,节约了电能,为地铁运营带来了长远的经济与环境双重效益。The equipment in the subway power supply system has been running under high load for a long time,which leads to the instability of power quality and affects the power-saving protection.Therefore,a power-saving protection setting coordination scheme for the subway power supply system based on the General Object Oriented Substation Event(GOOSE)mechanism is proposed.In the topological structure model of subway power supply system,the fast communication ability of GOOSE mechanism and DC characteristic quantity of subway power supply system are used to select the locking adaptive cascade direction and determine the current setting value of subway power supply system,so as to realize the coordination of power saving protection setting of subway power supply system.The simulation test shows that the power supply system with the GOOSE mechanism can save energy while ensuring safety,which brings long-term economic and environmental benefits to subway operation.
