摘 要:以冬季沱江流域成都段为研究对象,通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、平行因子模型(EEMs-PARAFAC)及主成分分析(PCA)方法,探讨其水体中溶解性有机质(DOM)的组份特征及来源.结果表明,冬季沱江流域成都段水体中共解析出3种荧光组分,分别为分子量较高的UVA类腐殖质C1、内源类蛋白中的类酪氨酸组分C2和分子量较大的芳香氨基酸腐殖物质组分C3,其中C2主要为外源输入,C2、C3的则是以内源为主的混合型输入,3种组分分别占总荧光强度的22.9%、51.3%和25.8%.通过对比分析水体中DOC、SUVA254和SR,发现研究区整体DOM腐殖化程度和DOM分子量大小依次为下游>中游>上游;利用主成分分析法(PCA)确定研究区水体DOM的来源,其中内源输入贡献率为77.64%,外源输入贡献率为10.13%,累计方差贡献率为87.77%。基于上述分析结果,能从一定程度上反映冬季沱江流域成都段的水质状况。Based on UV-VIS absorption spectrum,parallel factor model(EMS-PARAFAC)and principal component analysis(PCA),the composition characteristics and sources of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the Chengdu section of Tuojiang River Basin in winter were investigated.The results showed that three fluorescence components were identified in the water body of Chengdu section of the Tuojiang River Basin in winter,namely,UVA humus C1 with higher molecular weight,tyrosine-like component C2 in endogenous proteins and C3 in aromatic amino acid humus with larger molecular weight.Among them,C2 was mainly exogenous input,while C2 and C3 were mainly mixed input from endogenous sources.The three components accounted for 22.9%,51.3%and 25.8%of the total fluorescence intensity,respectively.Through comparative analysis of DOC,SUVA254 and SR in the water body,it was found that the overall DOM humification degree and DOM molecular weight in the study area were in the lower reaches>middle reaches>upper reaches.Principal component analysis(PCA)was used to determine the source of DOM in the water body in the study area,and the contribution rate of endogenous input was 77.64%,the contribution rate of exogenous input was 10.13%,and the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 87.77%.Based on the above analysis results,it can reflect the water quality of Chengdu section of Tuojiang River Basin in winter to a certain extent.
